LAMDA Examination

At the end of the term there will be an open review of the work done for parents and friends of the participants, but the prime aim of the Academy is to develop dramatic skills and, when appropriate, to have them recognised through LAMDA. In 2013 students of the Theatre Academy, grade 5 and above, scored 20% distinction, 80% merit (and above) and a 100% pass rate on the LAMDA exams.

The cost of the Academy is 800Kč (700Kč for students at the ECP) per week or 10,000Kč per 15 week term. One to one lessons can be arranged for an additional 800Kč per hour. There is an additional charge payable directly to LAMDA for exam entry (c £50, depending on the level) which is assessed by visiting examiners from London.

It is also possible for one to one acting coaching after the main sessions have ended.
